To meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering identity checks, sanctions screening, tax reporting and record keeping.
For our legitimate interests in preventing fraud and rule abuse, securing the platform, and improving the product using aggregated analytics.
For marketing, only where you have consented or where you are an existing customer receiving service-related updates. You can opt out at any time.
International transfers
Our primary infrastructure is hosted in the European Union. Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with a transfer risk assessment, and we keep a current list of processors available on request.
How long we keep it
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.

Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and administrative access requires multi-factor authentication. We test the payout pipeline and dashboard with independent security reviews and maintain an incident response process with a 72-hour regulator notification path.
Children
The service is not offered to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we delete any such account together with its data as soon as we become aware of it.
